Muhammad Asif Khan
Mr. Muhammad Asif Khan, District and Sessions Judge, currently serving at Nowshera. Mr. Asif Khan joined the judiciary in 1994 and has since rendered distinguished service in various districts across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Over the course of his judicial career, he has served as Senior Civil Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, and was promoted as District and Sessions Judge in 2012, serving in districts such as Charsadda, Hangu, and North Waziristan. His diverse experience also includes important administrative roles as Additional Secretary in the Law Department and Social Welfare Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as Additional Member Inspection Team at the Peshawar High Court and Senior Director (Administration) at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy.
He has served as Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, and Judge, Consumer Court, and has represented Pakistan in several national and international judicial programs. His training includes a course on Judicial Conduct in Vienna (Austria) in 2017, the 60th International Shariah Course in Islamabad in 2019, and the Leadership and Management Course for District & Sessions Judges at the Federal Judicial Academy in 2023. He has also visited and engaged with judicial and legal training institutions abroad, including the Judicial Academy Ankara, Türkiye, and the Jordan Legal Studies Center, Amman.
Mr. Asif Khan has delivered numerous lectures at various academies and police training institutes, contributing significantly to the professional growth of judicial and law enforcement officers alike.
