Lieutenant Colonel (R) Ijaz Ahmad

It is my pleasure to introduce Lieutenant Colonel (R) Ijaz Ahmad, currently serving as Directing Staff at the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy, Peshawar.

He holds an M.Phil. in Social Work and an M.A. in Criminology, and has extensive experience as a trainer at leading institutions including the National Institute of Management, Karachi, and PPSA, Peshawar.

Colonel Ijaz has trained civil servants and police officers nationwide, focusing on communication, ethics, leadership, and effective decision-making.

Before joining civil service training, he served with distinction in the Pakistan Army, where he commanded an Air Defence Unit and held key intelligence and instructional roles. He is also a published researcher and policy analyst.

With his vast professional and academic background, he continues to contribute to developing competent, ethical, and effective public servants.

He will be joining us today for discourse on Personality Development with focus on Table Manners & Mess rules and Social Etiquettes & Dress Code.
