Muhammad Humayun

We are pleased to welcome Mr. Muhammad Humayun, Revenue Expert. With over 34 years of extensive experience in the Revenue and Estate Department — from Patwari to Tehsildar  currently serving as (Section Officer, Primary  Female) BPS-17 Education Department — Mr. Humayun is a seasoned revenue officer with unparalleled command over land administration and revenue matters.

He has served as a visiting faculty member at prestigious institutions such as the Federal Judicial Academy, Provincial Services Academy, KP Judicial Academy, Local Governance School, and Staff Training College, where he has trained thousands of officers, including Assistant Commissioners and Tehsildars. 

Mr. Humayun holds Master’s degrees in both Urdu and Pashto from the University of Peshawar. He is also a recognized columnist, a specialist in ancient Urdu and Pashto manuscripts, and a recipient of numerous commendations, including appreciation from the Chief Minister of KP and letters of recognition for exemplary service during national duties and training programs.

He brings with him a wealth of practical insights into land revenue systems, legal documentation, and field realities, making his sessions highly valuable for legal professionals, administrators, and trainees alike.
