Naveed ur Rahman
We are pleased to welcome Mr. Naveed ur Rahman, District and Sessions Judge, currently serving at Chitral Upper. Mr. Rahman joined the judiciary in 2003 and has since served with distinction in various judicial capacities across the province. Over the years, he has presided over specialized courts, including Land Acquisition, Encroachment Laws, and the Criminal Model Trial Court at Peshawar, demonstrating deep insight into both civil and criminal adjudication.
Before joining the judiciary, he practiced law as a civil and revenue advocate and was mentored by Justice (R) Khalid Mahmood at the Khalid Law Chamber. His experience also extends to academia—having taught courses such as Civil Procedure Code, Qanoon-e-Shahadat, and Land Laws at Mardan Law College and the Law Department of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan.
Mr. Naveed ur Rahman has also been associated with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy as a visiting presenter, where he has delivered sessions on land records, commissions, and mock trials. Known for his clarity, practical approach, and passion for judicial education, he continues to contribute significantly to the professional development of judges and court staff across the province.
