We are pleased to introduce Mr. Muhammad Rafiq Jan, Additional Director (Planning & Development) at the Peshawar High Court.
Mr. Rafiq Jan is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of experience in the public and development sectors, including key roles at the Planning & Development Department, PPP Unit, and SRSP.
He played a leading role in the Swat Expressway and Rashakai Special Economic Zone projects and contributed to the PPP Act and Rules reforms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He holds a Master’s in Development Studies and has led numerous capacity-building trainings on project management and public-private partnerships.
