Education

Mr. Muhammad Shoaib is a seasoned judicial officer with over 24 years of distinguished service in Pakistan’s judiciary. He currently serves as Director Inspections, Peshawar High Court, and has previously held key positions including District & Sessions Judge Abbottabad, Dean Faculty at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, and Director Instructions, KPJA.
A Chevening Scholar, he holds an LL.M. in Human Rights Law from Queen Mary University of London, where he graduated with distinction. His areas of specialization include human rights, child protection, gender-based violence, and judicial reforms.
Mr. Shoaib has represented Pakistan at numerous international and national judicial conferences and leadership programs, and has contributed extensively to judicial policy development, ADR legislation, and court performance frameworks. He continues to play a leading role in judicial education, institutional reform, and human rights advocacy.
