Wadeeya Mushtaq Malik
Wadeeya Mushtaq Malik holds a Bachelor of Laws from Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar, with distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law.
Joining the judiciary in 2004 with distinction, she served as Civil Judge, Senior Civil Judge, and currently serves as Additional District and Sessions Judge.
As Director Instructions at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, she shaped the academy's training programs.
As a master trainer, she has conducted numerous sessions promoting gender justice, child protection, and human rights.
Historically, she was the first female judge of the Pilot Child Protection Court, in Pakistan.
She represented Pakistan in an international Association ofWomen Judges Conference at Tennessee, US and participated as a panelist in South Asian Symposium on Inclusive Justice at Islamabad.
