Barrister Amir Ullah Chamkani

It is an honor to introduce our resource person, Barrister Amir Ullah Khan Chamkani. A highly respected and established advocate of both the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the Peshawar High Court Bar, Barrister Chamkani brings over a decade of high-level litigation and advisory experience to our session. Since 2014, he has served as the Managing Partner of HidayatUllah Khan Chamkani Law (HUKCL), continuing a distinguished family legacy in the legal profession.Throughout his career, Barrister Chamkani has been entrusted with significant legal responsibilities, including serving as a Special Public Prosecutor in the Mashal murder case and acting as an Amicus Curiae in numerous high-value constitutional and criminal matters. 

His versatile practice spans from contesting complex criminal cases—including narcotics and cybercrime—to successfully pleading high-value banking suits and international arbitration matters. He currently serves as a Legal Advisor for the Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA) and is a panel advocate for major entities like Habib Bank Limited and MobilinkJazz.An academic high-achiever, he earned his LLM and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at City University London and is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. Beyond the courtroom, he is a seasoned educator who has delivered lectures at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy and provided training for various government departments and bar associations. With his deep understanding of legal intricacies and extensive experience in both reported judgments and out-of-court settlements, Barrister Chamkani offers a comprehensive perspective on the modern legal landscape.
