Dr. Qazi Waheed Uz Zaman is a seasoned academic, researcher, and trainer with more than 18 years of experience in the fields of teaching, research, institutional development, and administration. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor at (IM Sciences), Peshawar, and is also heading the Business Incubation Center, where he has played a significant role in promoting entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation, and professional development.

He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, in addition to advanced academic qualifications in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. His areas of expertise include strategic management, human resource management, organizational behaviour, entrepreneurship, leadership, and institutional development.

Dr. Qazi Waheed Uz Zaman also possesses valuable international professional experience in the United Kingdom, and has contributed extensively to capacity-building initiatives, policy support, training programs, and institutional reforms with various public and academic organizations.

His rich blend of academic scholarship, practical exposure, and training experience makes him highly suited to guide and enrich today’s session.
