HINA KHAN

Ms. Hina Khan is district & sessions judge, currently serving Academy as Senior Director (Research & Publications), she also worked as Director Instructions at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. A native of Abbottabad, she laid the foundation for her legal expertise by earning her LLB from Justice Law College, Abbottabad. Her journey through the judiciary began in 2003, when she assumed the role of Civil Judge, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the rule of law.

Her dedication and competence led to her promotion to Senior Civil Judge in 2010, where she served in diverse regions including Charsadda, Swat, and Haripur, gaining valuable experience in various legal landscapes. In 2014, she ascended to the position of Additional District and Sessions Judge, continuing her service in Haripur and later in Nowshera. Further advancement came in 2022, when she was elevated to District and Sessions Judge, a testament to her exceptional abilities. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Presiding Officer Labour Court D.I. Khan until October 2023. Her unwavering commitment to justice was recognized in 2013, when she received an appreciation certificate from the Honorable Chief Justice Peshawar High Court, underscoring her exemplary service to the judicial system.
