Asghar Shah Khilji

We are honored to welcome Mr. Asghar Shah Khilji, District & Sessions Judge and Additional Member Inspection Team (MIT) at the Peshawar High Court, as today’s distinguished resource person.
Mr. Khilji is a seasoned judicial officer with over 25 years of experience in Pakistan’s judiciary. His career spans from serving as Civil Judge and Senior Civil Judge to holding key positions such as Additional District & Sessions Judge, District & Sessions Judge Orakzai, and various high-level administrative roles within the Peshawar High Court and the Provincial Law Department.
He holds a Master's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's in Law from the University of Peshawar. Beyond his courtroom experience, Mr. Khilji has significantly contributed to judicial administration, legal reforms, and procedural training.
He has also represented Pakistan in prestigious international training programs on Islamic Law, Sharia, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law, conducted in countries including the UK, Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
