Kalim Arshad Khan

Mr. Kalim Arshad Khan, Joined the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa judicial service as Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate on contract basis in September, 1995 and served as such till 1998 (expiry of contract). He was appointed as Additional District and Sessions Judge on 22nd March, 2005, distinguished by securing the highest marks and topped the province in the examination for recruitment as AD&SJs. He did his LLM from the University of South Asia in 2011 and secured second position. He remained posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mansehra, Wari Tehsil of Dir Upper, Kohat, Shabqadar, Bannu and Peshawar. He also remained as Additional Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Bannu. He was promoted as District & Sessions Judge on 11th July, 2018. Remained D&SJ South Waziristan, Mardan and Peshawar. Served Peshawar High Court as Additional Member Inspection Team (MIT) and Additional Registrar Judicial. Prior to joining the FJA he served Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal as its Chairman. He is author of two books "Signposts on the Road to Civil Trial" and "The Art of Drawing Decree Sheet".
