Our resource person today is Mr. Nasir Khan, an experienced Additional District and Sessions Judge, who joined the judicial service in 2003. He has served as Civil Judge, Senior Civil Judge, Additional District & Sessions Judge, and Judge of various Special Courts, gaining extensive experience in complex civil and criminal adjudication.
He is also an active lecturer and trainer, regularly delivering sessions at the KP Judicial Academy on practical and theoretical aspects of judicial work.
His key areas of expertise include juvenile and child protection law, probation law, sentencing, criminal law, and civil procedure.
