Jehanzeb Shinwari

We are fortunate to have a highly distinguished and experienced resource person with us today, Jehanzeb Shinwari. Mr. Shinwari is a legal professional with a long and impressive career, beginning as an advocate from 1992 to 1998. He has held several key judicial positions, including Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate (1998-2003), Senior Civil Judge/Magistrate (2003-2006), and Additional District & Sessions Judge (2006-2015). Since 2015, he has served as a District & Sessions Judge , and currently holds the position of Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy. His vast experience includes serving as a Judge of the Consumer Protection Court and the Anti-Terrorism Court. As a trainer and resource person for both the KP Judicial Academy and the Federal Judicial Academy, he specializes in imparting judicial education and is a regular resource person. His expertise covers a wide range of topics, including court and case management, trial procedures, law of bails, and the examination of witnesses.
