The KP Judicial Academy successfully concluded a three-day professional development course, "Enhancing Excellence in Drafting of Judgments," from March 17-19, 2025. The program, designed for secretaries, private secretaries, and stenographers, focused on integrating advanced research techniques and technology to optimize judicial efficiency.
Fifteen PHC staff members participated in the training, which aimed to refine their judgment drafting skills, reinforce ethical standards, confidentiality, and data protection, and enhance their English writing and communication abilities. The final day emphasized leveraging technology for efficient case law research and judgment drafting.
Mr. Justice Arshad Ali, Honorable Judge of the Peshawar High Court and Advisor to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA), presided over the inaugural ceremony. Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, Director General (DG) KPJA, welcomed the participants.
During the concluding ceremony, chaired by Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, DG KPJA, participants were recognized for their achievements. They expressed gratitude to the PHC and KPJA for the comprehensive and valuable training. Certificates were awarded, marking the successful completion of an initiative designed to enhance the quality and efficiency of judicial processes.
