The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) successfully delivered a one-day Professional Development Programme focusing on Office Procedures. The program, designed for staff members of the Peshawar High Court and the KPJA, saw the participation of 30 individuals, with equal representation from both institutions.
Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, Director General of the KPJA, inaugurated the program, emphasizing the importance of this training in his opening address.
The training aimed to emphasize the significance of adhering to established office procedures, enhance participants' understanding of core administrative practices, and foster mastery of professional office techniques. Mr. Hifz ur Rehman, Secretary (Retired), facilitated the program, covering key topics such as secretariat instructions, official correspondence, file management systems, and drafting skills.
The Director General also presided over the concluding ceremony, where he conferred certificates to the participants, acknowledging their successful completion of the program.
