5 Days Multi-stakeholders Training on Child Protection and Juvenile Justice in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. ( 11-15 March 2019) 2nd Day (12.03.2019)

Yesterday's activity was meaningful and purposive.
Today, the main focus of training will remain on International Law concering rights of child. The same include conventions and agreements on rights of child, as duly ratified by Government of Pakistan.
It is matter of pride and pleasure for this province to have set up ever first "CHILD COURT" with exclusive jurisdiction to deal with cases of children in conflict with law as well as children at risk.
All stakeholders are part of this activity at KPJA. Objectives are to: i) highlight rights of child; i) create awareness amongst the participants as to rights of child under various domestic and international legislative instruments; and iii) enlighten the stakeholders regarding sensitivity of rights of child, and their significance is socio-economic perspective and legal system.
