Yesterday's Circle of Study focused on International Law concering rights of child, which covered conventions and agreements on rights of child, as duly ratified by Government of Pakistan.
Today, the resource persons dilated upon domestic instruments: i) Juvenile Justice System Ordinance; and ii) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Child Protection and Welfare Act, 2010.
The participants have been very active in their interaction with speakers.
Activity is still going on with zest and zeal. Questions regarding various aspects as to exclusive jurisdiction of dealing with cases of children in conflict with law as well as children at risk are coming under discussion.
