5 Days Multi-stakeholders Training on Child Protection and Juvenile Justice in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. ( 11-15 March 2019)

Circle of Study, inter alia, dilated  upon  rights of a child under three regimes, viz, i) International Law comprising principles, , conventions and agreements, ratified by Government of Pakistan;  ii) Domestic Legislation on rights of child (Juvenile Justice System; and Child Protection and Welfare Act, 2010 etc; and iii)  other National Legislation ( Pakistan Penal Code 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure 1898, Qanoon-e-Shahadat Order 1984 and Statute on Probation, etc ) as in force in Pakistan. 
The entire activity revolved around 'rights of child' in the light of these three regimes. There were extensive discussions concerning implementation issues being faced by Courts, prosecutors and other allied agencies. They further made efforts to find out innovative solutions thereof.
Training course, it was consensus amongst participants, paved for them a road map as to how to implement the legal system on rights of child in letter and spirit.
Questions-answers session of ''Each Session" was highly meaningful and productive.
The Training Was Successfully Concluded in the evening of Friday, the 15th March 2018. Academy distributed Certificates amongst the participants on successful completion of training course.
