The first 5-day training course on Court and Case Management of Judges concluded today ( 01- 06 Sep, 2014). As many as 20 Judges from across the province participated in the course. Due representation was given to prosecutors from Malakand as the course is part of the UNDP’s Strengthening the Rule of Law in Malakand (SRLM) project. In the conclusion ceremony, the participants shared their feedback with the Academy through their representatives. The participants also expressed their thanks for their nomination.
Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel, Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court / Chairman KP Judicial Academy was the chief guest. His lordship distributed certificates among the participants and addressed the gathering. Mr. Hayat Ali Shah, Director General of the Academy also spoke on the occasion.
