In an effort to strengthen academic engagement and practical legal understanding, students and faculty members from Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar, visited the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) on May 16, 2025.
The delegation, led by Mr. Hassan Khalil (Lecturer, KLC) along with other faculty members, was warmly received by Mr. Dost Muhammad Khan, Senior Director Administration KPJA.
Ms. Faryal Zia Mufti, Director Instructions at KPJA shared a comprehensive overview of the Academy’s mission, vision, operational structure, and its evolving role in enhancing justice sector capacities.
The visit featured a briefing session and a documentary presentation, highlighting the Academy’s historical development and current initiatives.
Mr. Zia ur Rehman, Dean Faculty at KPJA, delivered a detailed presentation on the legal and judicial system of Pakistan, followed by an interactive Q&A session. Students explored various departments of the Academy and engaged with staff across its academic and research wings.
Mr. Hassan Khalil expressed gratitude for the Academy’s hospitality and appreciated its pivotal role in legal education and justice sector reforms.
