The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy (KPJA) successfully conducted a one-day Professional Development Programme on IT Proficiency on March 19, 2025, for staff members of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) and the KPJA. Thirty staff members, fifteen from each institution, participated in the program.
The training aimed to: Recognize the importance of IT proficiency in the workplace, develop and strengthen participants' IT skills, teach the fundamental functions of essential IT applications and enhance workplace efficiency and communication.
Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, Director General (DG) KPJA, inaugurated the training and welcomed the participants.
The sessions were led by Mr. Lal Shaad, Director IT, KPJA, and Mr. Zulfiqar Khan Kakar, Web Developer, KPJA. They provided an orientation on basic IT applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and email operations, followed by practical exercises.
During the concluding ceremony, chaired by Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, DG KPJA, participants' achievements were celebrated. Participants expressed their gratitude to the PHC and the KPJA for organizing the valuable and comprehensive training program. Certificates were awarded to all trainees.
