Ihsan Ullah Khan Mehsud
Senior Director Administration

Mr. Ihsanullah Mehsud was appointed as Senior Director Administration (SDA), KP Judicial Academy on 29.04.2021. He joined District Judiciary as Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate on 03.08.1998. He was promoted as Senior Civil Judge on 16.09.2006, as Additional District & Sessions Judge on 26.12.2007, and as District & Sessions Judge on 11.07.2018. He has also worked on important assignments such as PSO to hon’ble Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court and Special Judge Anti-Terrorism Court. Earlier, he had served the Academy as Director Administration as well.

Farah Attaullah
Senior Director Research & Publications

Ms. Farah Attaullah joined the Academy as Senior Director Research & Publications in December 2021. She received Law degree from Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar with distinction (gold medalist) in 1996. She joined the District Judiciary as Additional District & Sessions Judge in 2009, whereafter, she was promoted to the rank of District & Sessions Judge in 2020. She delivered lectures on Limitation Act, Research Methodologies, Online lectures for Lawyers on “Criminal Trial with focus on Mental Health including forensic health assessment”. She has also completed a TOT (Training of Trainers) Program in the University of Hull, UK. She has delivered lectures on “Medical Jurisprudence” at District Headquarters Hospital, Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. She attended various trainings, seminars, workshops covering diverse topics of law.

Hina Khan
Director Instructions-I

Ms. Hina Khan was posted as Director Instructions KP Judicial Academy in November 2023. Belong to Abbottabad. Did LLB from Justice Law College, Abbottabad. was appointed as Civil Judge in the year 2003. promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 2010 and remained posted as Senior Civil Judge in Charsadda, Swat and Haripur. Promoted as Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 2014 and served on the same post at Haripur and Nowshera. Promoted as District and Sessions Judge in 2022 and remained posted as Presiding Officer, Labour Court, D.I. Khan until October 2023. She was awarded with appreciation sheet by the hon’ble Chief Justice, Peshawar High Court in year 2023.

Faryal Zia Mufti
Director Instructions-II

Ms. Faryal Zia Mufti joined Academy as Director Instructions since May 2023. She received LLB degree with distinction from Khyber Law College, University of Peshawar. Whereafter, she joined District Judiciary as Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate in the year 2003. She was promoted as Senior Civil Judge in 2010, as Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 2014 and as District and Sessions Judge in year 2021. As a civil judge, she received best civil judge certificate under the incentive and reward policy of Peshawar High Court for the year 2004 and a letter of appreciation from the hon’ble Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Mr. Ijaz Afzal Khan. She was also awarded a certificate for being the best Senior Civil Judge (South Zone) by the hon’ble chief Justice Peshawar High Court in, 2013-14.

Zafar Ullah Khan
Director Administration

Mr. Zafarullah Khan joined Judiciary in 2004. He has served mostly in different regions of the province. In the year 2018 promoted as Senior Civil Judge on the newly created post of Senior Civil Judge (Admin). Also, the first ever Senior Civil Judge of the newly merged District Khyber. He was promoted as Additional District & Session Judge in 2021. He assumed charge as Director Administration, KPJA on 04.04.2024. Since then, he is working on different projects like establishment of KPJA Campus at Regi Model Town, Solarization, Renovation, Repair & Maintenance, Landscaping, furnishing of Hostel Building and development of green belt.
